This maybe a little longer but I promise. It will be useful information. I am 35 yrs old and have had 2 babies in 3 years. So sex wasn’t a problem. I've tried many products from Amie and I love the brand. I can tell you, with consistent use HE will be able to tell the difference 😉 And HER if you have one. There is more moisture and to 🏃♀️💨get there is quicker. I did recommend this to a few ladies. It's easy to swallow. You can always do one pill at a time. Hydration is always key if you want more moisture (not sure what's NOT ALLOWED on here) if you drink you water with the pills you will see a difference.
